Michael O’Byrne, Chief Executive Officer

Michael O’Byrne of Calgary has been appointed the CEO and a Director of the Company. Mr. O’Byrne currently is a Vice-President of Crimson Energy Ltd., and has more than 16 years of wide ranging experience in oill and gas exploration, production and management.

Stephen Mathiesen, Secretary and Director

Stephen Mathiesen is a business lawyer and partner with Lang Michener LLP of Vancouver. His practice includes mergers and acquisitions and financings for public and private companies and ventures involved in the technology, real estate, resource and other sectors.

Gary Mathiesen, Chief Financial Officer

Gary Mathiesen is a Chartered Accountant. He is the President and principal of Quay Property Management Corp. and related companies, which currently include the management and ownership of Lonsdale Quay Market and Tsawwassen Quay Market, and previously a number of other real estate projects and businesses in Canada, the US and other countries. Gary has served as an officer and director of several TSXV Exchange Companies.

Roger Giovanetto, Director

President of R&H Engineering, Ltd., a metallurgical, materials and corrosion engineering services company for more than five years. During his career, he has developed and managed oilfield chemical operations, corrosion consulting companies and started a publicly traded junior oil and gas company in Alberta. Mr. Giovanetto has also been instrumental in developing business operations in Siberia, where he specialized in renovating existing oilfields, and has established several chemical manufacturing facilities in Siberia and Iran. Mr. Giovanetto holds a B.Sc. in Metallurgical Engineering from the University of Alberta and is a member of APEGGA and other professional oil and gas organizations. Mr. Giovanetto joined Enterra's Board of Directors in May 2006, and has remained with Equal after its corporate conversion.

Adrian J. Van de Mosselaer, Director

Mr. Van de Mosselaer manages the company`s Mineral and Oil and Gas operations in addition to coordinating financing activities. Mr. Van de Mosselaer is a highly experienced executive, having been Canada's representative to a science committee of the United Nations in addition to supervising management teams and operations in a variety of industries. Mr. Van de Mosselaer has extensive experience leading technological advancements in an operational management role and in spearheading related corporate finance activities. Mr. Van de Mosselaer has also headed various industry committees and forums where he has been a sought after speaker and spokesperson.

Dario Sodero, Director

President and Director, and Director of Cygam Energy Inc..He is a geologist with over 40 years of Canadian and international oil and gas exploration experience. He is the President of Planaval Resources Ltd., a private consulting company. From 1969 to 1979 he worked at Canada Cities Service where he became Geological Manager; from 1980 to 1990 he was Vice President and President of Atlas Yellowknife Resources, a company listed on the TSX; in 1992 he co-founded Coachlight Resources Ltd., a company listed on the Alberta Stock Exchange which was merged with Danoil Energy (later renamed Acclaim Energy Trust) in 1998; in 1997 he co-founded Sheer Energy Inc., the predecessor company of Cygam Energy Inc. Mr. Sodero graduated from the University of Turin, Italy, with a Doctorate in Geological Sciences (Honours) in 1967.

Howard Milne, Consultant

Howard, President of HDM Capital Inc., is providing consulting services to the Company on capital structure, equity financings and shareholder matters. Howard has had a long and successful career as an officer, director and consultant of public companies.
